Within Campaspe Shire, in Kyabram, sits Goulburn Valley Creamery’s state-of-the-art dairy processing facility. This site employs 80 local and regional team members and has the capacity to process 180 million litres of milk each year. Their diverse range of milk products, including both conventional / A2 and organic. From the pastures of Victoria to customers’ doorsteps around the world, Goulburn Valley Creamery is delivering dairy products that meet the highest international standards – proudly exporting the best of Australian dairy.

Goulburn Valley Creamery’s story is rooted in place, partnership, and quality. Northern Victoria is the key dairy production region in Australia, representing more than 60% of national milk production, with 1.58 billion litres of milk products in 2024-25. Thanks to their central location they are able to run an integrated, local operation to produce the best quality fresh milk products.

Goulburn Valley Creamery partners closely with leading regional farmers to grow dairy you can genuinely taste the quality in — never compromising on the standards that make Australian dairy world-renowned.

In June 2026, Regional Development Victoria announced support through the Victorian Investment Fund for Goulburn Valley Creaming to add new technology, production capability and local jobs – supporting their commitment to local economic development in Kyabram.
